High-Protein Cranberries N' Cream

Who says cranberry sauce has to be packed with sugar and placed next to the holiday ham?

Try this high-protein, no-sugar added, gluten-free dessert.

It's creamy, tart, and icecream-like if you leave it in the freezer for an hour or after making it. You can also turn it into a cake-topper.

  • 1 bag of cranberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Vanilla protein (I recommend this stuff.)

Cook the cranberries and water in a pot on the stovetop.

Allow the cranberries to burst open. Stir while they cook. It should turn into what looks like jelly.

Put the pot in the fridge and allow it to chill completely. This may take a couple hours. It'll also thicken in the fridge.

Mix 4 scoops of the protein powder into the cranberries.

Add any spices you like. Keep chilled.
